1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TRAJECT AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
TRAJECT AI provides WhatsApp automation, AI chatbot development, and workflow automation services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom solutions developed for clients remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. TRAJECT AI retains the right to use general concepts and non-proprietary code for future projects.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% advance is required before project commencement, with the balance due upon completion.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and requirements
- Timely review and feedback on deliverables
- Obtaining necessary API access and credentials
- Compliance with platform terms (WhatsApp, Meta, etc.)
6. Limitation of Liability
TRAJECT AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
