Overage
Pay only for what you use past your limit.
Over your monthly conversation allowance, extra conversations are billed per-conversation at the rate for your tier. Every account has a hard monthly cap — once reached, new AI actions pause until you raise it or the month rolls over. Email alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of your cap.
Business tier voice overage: $0.15/min beyond the included 50 minutes.

Pricing questions, answered.
- What counts as a conversation?
- A conversation is a set of related turns with one customer inside a rolling 4-hour session. If the customer comes back 5 hours later, it's a new conversation. One booking flow that takes 10 messages is one conversation.
- What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
- Overage kicks in at the per-conversation rate for your tier (Starter $0.12 → Business $0.22). Every account has a hard monthly spend cap set at signup (default $25–$150 depending on tier). At the cap, new AI actions are blocked until the next billing cycle or you raise the cap in the dashboard. You're never surprised.
- Why doesn't Starter include WhatsApp?
- Starter is for small operators who mostly use the web chat widget on their website. If you want WhatsApp included (with interactive buttons, carousels, and one-click integration), start with Essential.
- Is voice really only on Business?
- Voice calls cost ~$0.033 per minute in LLM fees alone — we can only include them where the margin supports it. Every paying tier does get a free one-time 10-minute voice onboarding session (we use it to bootstrap your AI agent), but ongoing voice minutes are a Business tier feature.
- What's the difference between Pro and Growth?
- Pro adds automated reminders (24h + 1h before appointments), priority response speed (warm Cloud Run pool), explicit context caching (faster + cheaper turns), and a 90-day analytics window. Pro is for businesses that need reliability and speed, not just features.
- Do you offer annual discounts?
- Up to 15% off for annual billing. Not higher — we're an unfunded startup and cashflow matters more than LTV right now. You can upgrade or downgrade month-to-month without penalty.
- Free trial — any catch?
- 14 days, 20 conversations, no credit card needed. Voice is disabled during the trial (cost protection). At the end of the trial, your account is paused until you add a payment method — no accidental charges.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time, from the dashboard. Upgrades are prorated for the current month; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
